Baruch Apisdorf was born and raised in Baltimore and spent his high school years in Israel. After losing a close friend on October 7th and watching division deepen across America, he became convinced that the answer would require more than louder voices and better slogans. With a background in technology, media, and big data, Baruch approaches movement-building from first principles. He focuses on the forces actually shaping how people think today, from algorithms and media to culture, identity, and generational change, while using history to better understand how societies fracture and how they come back together. As founder and CEO of Let’s Do Something, Baruch is building a movement for a new generation, one designed to meet people where they are, communicate in ways that break through, and help rebuild a stronger American center.
