Moshe Shear was born in the United States and moved to Israel at the age of 10. After losing a close friend on October 7th and watching division deepen across American society, he became convinced that rebuilding a stronger center would require a fundamentally different approach.
With a background in media, sales, and human psychology, Moshe approaches movement-building through a simple principle: lasting change can’t be forced on people. Instead, you have to understand what drives them, meet them where they are, and help them see for themselves why change is necessary.
As co-founder and CMO of Let’s Do Something, Moshe helps shape the movement’s vision and leads its work on college campuses, building a new generation of leaders one student and one conversation at a time.
