Our Story
What is Let’s Do Something?

Let’s Do Something (LDS) is a pro-Israel, pro-freedom movement building real-world impactthrough action, innovation, and culture. We operate across three core pillars: Defense, Healing, and Advocacy. Our work focuses on strengthening Israel’s security, supporting those affectedby October 7th, and shaping the next generation of leaders across campuses and media.

When and why was Let’s Do Something founded?

LDS was founded in the immediate aftermath of October 7th. What began as a small groupcoordinating aid for friends and families quickly grew into a global movement. Faced with chaos, paralysis, and moral confusion, we chose action over outrage and long-term building over short-term reaction.

What does Let’s Do Something actually do?

We build and run programs that move the needle:

Defense: Supporting early-stage defense and dual-use technologies that save lives, accelerate innovation, and strengthen Israel’s security ecosystem.
Healing: Operating trauma-recovery initiatives for soldiers and civilians affected by war, including long-term PTSD support.
Advocacy & Campus: Building a cultural movement on campuses and in media thatrestores moral clarity, rejects extremism, and makes pro-Israel, pro-Western valuescompelling again.

We are builders, not commentators.

What makes Let’s Do Something different from other organizations?

Three things:

1. Execution over statements – We build programs, not talking points.
2. Radically centrist by design – We reject ideological extremes and focus on truth, responsibility, and dialogue.
3. Youth-driven, outcome-oriented – Our work is built with and for the next generation, with clear metrics and accountability.

We are not here to be loud. We are here to be effective.

Is Let’s Do Something political?

We are values-driven, not partisan. LDS does not support political parties or candidates. Weadvocate for ideas: freedom, responsibility, identity, truth, and Western democratic values. Webelieve Israel is a central proving ground in the global fight against extremism and moralrelativism.
